Job Summary
Marketing Assistant / Working Student supporting TeamShirts marketing across international markets (Ireland) with hands-on exposure to market research, keyword research, content creation and translation, and the setup/optimization of campaigns across digital channels. Responsibilities include analyzing local markets, proofreading and localizing website content and marketing materials, translating campaigns/assets, and collaborating on local growth initiatives. Nice-to-have experience with online marketing, content creation, or CMS/website editing; strong English language proficiency for the Ireland market; emphasis on linguistic accuracy and attention to detail. The role is fixed-term (3–6 months) with a 10–20 hour per week workload, offering flexible remote work options within Germany and exposure to onboarding and cross-site activities.
