Job Summary
Create and regularly post social media content promoting English programs, events, students, and faculty. Support events and other work as assigned by the department coordinator. A portfolio or examples of previous social media postings will be requested for candidates selected for interviews. The workload is 4-5 hours per week. English major/minor preferred, but not required. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to proofread documents and webpages. Working knowledge of primary social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook). Team player. To be eligible for student employment, St. Thomas students must be degree seeking at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels. Students must be actively enrolled at least part-time in courses for credit.
