Job Summary
Marketing Assistant to support a US-based e-commerce and live selling business across TikTok, Amazon, and Whatnot. Responsible for managing and coordinating a structured content calendar across multiple platforms, repurposing content, tracking engagement, and supporting community growth and livestream operations. duties include coordinating social media content, audience growth initiatives, customer communication across channels, scheduling livestreams, maintaining organized marketing workflows, documenting SOPs, and assisting with marketing/admin operations. Ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, comfortable across social media and creator-focused environments, and capable of managing multiple moving pieces independently in a remote setup.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using social media platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or X)
- Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows
- Strong written English communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
