Job Summary
Marketing Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department, coordinating move-in and move-out processes, maintaining prospect and resident records, supporting marketing events, and serving as a liaison between residents, families, and internal departments. This role contributes to occupancy growth through exceptional customer service, strong organizational skills, and effective communication, including leading duties such as preparing correspondence and reports, managing CRM/lead data, coordinating events and move-related activities, and assisting Marketing Counselors with resident files and deposits.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, marketing coordination, operations, customer service, or senior living preferred
