Job Summary
Marketing Assistant Intern responsibilities include assisting in developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating copy for social media posts and promotional emails, generating ideas for blogs and campaigns, managing social media accounts, conducting market research and data analysis, assisting with website maintenance and SEO, and preparing presentations and reports. The role involves collaboration with experienced marketing professionals, hands-on experience across diverse marketing facets, and opportunities to learn latest trends and techniques in a hands-on environment at Kwanii in Guiguinto, Bulacan. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, proactive, capable of working both independently and in a team, and enrolled in a related program. The position isHybrid and based in Guiguinto.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising, or related program (nice to have)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal/public relations skills
- Organized with digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with social media platforms
- Knowledgeable in market analysis and research on competition
- Team player with entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, and takes initiative
