Job Summary
Marketing Assistant to support Marketing and Sales teams across multiple brands. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day marketing and sales initiatives, printing and shipping, event coordination, program execution, printer maintenance, supplies, creating sell sheets and sales tools, coordinating samples and donations, managing POS orders, handling marketing-related calls, and potential on-site event staffing in the Columbia Gorge/Portland area. Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation for occasional material pickups/deliveries in Hood River/Columbia Gorge-Portland area. In-office part-time role with travel for select events; proficient in MS Office and capable of basic graphic design using Squarespace, Photoshop and Illustrator; strong multitasking and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
