Job Summary
Draft sample e-mails promoting library events and create additional promotional pieces such as social media graphics, video concepts, or website copy. Monitor branding consistency across all locations, manage segmented email lists, and track campaign performance. Assist with routine email campaigns, proofreading, and copyediting while generating and analyzing statistical reports to improve services. Support project coordination for promotional supplies and signage logistics. Provide support outside scheduled hours to capture media at events and gather public feedback.
Required Qualifications
