Job Summary
Manage email marketing campaigns, including one-off promotional emails and automated customer journeys, while developing and maintaining automations to improve retention. Write compelling SEO-optimised product descriptions and website copy, conduct keyword research, and edit product images using Adobe Photoshop to create engaging visual assets. Analyse marketing and website performance data to identify trends, assist with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads optimisation, and utilise AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency. Ensure all product listings and digital content remain accurate and aligned with brand standards while collaborating with internal stakeholders on e-commerce initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and creating email marketing campaigns and automations
- Strong SEO knowledge and experience with product copywriting
- Excellent image-editing skills, preferably using Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce best practices
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Experience creating marketing graphics and digital advertisements
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with AI tools to support marketing activities
