Job Summary
Assist Marketers with submitting and writing new business to support growth and retention goals by entering applications into EPIC and updating records per direction. Prepare value guides, determine flood zones, verify auto registrations, and secure Federal Flood quotations to ensure policy issuance. Submit new business to carriers via fax, email, or websites and process Broker of Record letters. Create spreadsheets for loss summaries and exposure schedules, maintain submission logs to track activity and trends, and assist in training Commercial Lines Assistants. Follow up on monthly marketing reports and complete other assigned projects. This role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of NFIP rules.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including Word and Excel
- High school or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Flood rules and regulations
