Job Summary
Compile financial and statistical information including budget spreadsheets and inventory, and analyze CRM data to pull reports as requested. Assist with promotional activities by managing item design, ordering, and distribution, while coordinating credit union involvement in community events and organizing market research. Coordinate material and schedule deliveries for events, ensure work areas remain clean and secure, and complete special projects as assigned. Provide weekly status reports to the VP of Marketing and clearly communicate deadlines and project status to team members, management, and vendors. Maintain a good understanding of member perceptions, product features, and competitive activities while promoting teamwork across departments.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Motivated self starter
- Good organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Good understanding of the resources available to them
- Flexible and adaptive to change
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
- Experience using Adobe programs
- Experience using various social media platforms
- Ability to hear average or normal conversations
- Ability to receive ordinary information through a phone system and in person
- Able to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Ability to use decimals to compute ratios and percents
- Ability to draw and interpret graphs
- Ability to use passive vocabulary of 5-6,000 words
- Ability to read at a slow rate
- Ability to define unfamiliar words in dictionaries for meaning, spelling, and pronunciation
- Ability to write complex sentences, using proper punctuation
- Ability to use adjectives and adverbs
- Ability to communicate in complex sentences
- Ability to use normal word order with present and past tenses
- Ability to use a good vocabulary
- One must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly
- One will primarily use the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together
- Sedentary work, sitting most of the time
- One may occasionally exert up to 20 lbs. of force
