Job Summary
Directs marketing and sales strategy for Monarch Communities at Brandywine Living in Princeton, overseeing lead generation, occupancy targets, and revenue performance. Collaborates with the Executive Director to develop and execute the marketing plan, manage move-ins/move-outs, maintain wait lists, and support internal referral programs. Maintains knowledge of lead-tracking/marketing software, stays aware of pricing and promotional programs, analyzes competitors, and fosters strong relationships with residents and their families. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or related experience, strong interpersonal and regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role includes in-person responsibilities and offers a 85k-86k salary range plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or one to two years related experience and/or training
- Experience working with the elderly population
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to assisted living
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with ability to learn new applications
