Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth in the home health sector. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets; identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership and direction to reach company goals. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure alignment between sales and service delivery. This hybrid role allows work from both remote and on-site locations in Tinley Park, Illinois.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, particularly in healthcare or home health sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
