Job Summary
Oversee development and maintenance of all brand marketing efforts for internal and external audiences, ensuring consistent visual identity and messaging across proposals, collateral, and presentations. Coordinate qualifications, proposal, and presentation preparation activities while managing database cataloging of company project data. Collaborate with project teams to facilitate interview strategy sessions, develop presentations, and support writing of proposal sections and cover letters. Create and review copy for newsletters, brochures, and electronic mailers, organizing post-proposal debriefs and monitoring quality control of all documents produced.
Required Qualifications
- Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction (AEC) marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
- 3+ years of progressively responsible communications experience
- Must possess the graphic design, critical thinking and communication skills necessary to help develop and translate storyboarded ideas into concrete visual and word metaphors
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Demonstrated skills as a writer/editor
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Word
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in Prezi
