Job Summary
Marketing and Proposal Coordinator develops and prepares qualifications-based prime proposals and teaming materials, including generic Statements of Qualifications, and produces marketing materials as assigned by the Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include preparing prime proposals, coordinating teaming materials with other firm counterparts, identifying risks and opportunities, leading kick-off calls and strategy meetings, meeting deadlines for marketing deliverables, entering and monitoring CRM and planning tools, coordinating with contributors, preparing presentations to enhance the company’s value proposition, maintaining templates and QA/QC standards, maintaining relationships with teaming partners, expanding knowledge through internal/external opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives, copywriting and proofreading for various channels, assisting with content and social media programs, and evaluating proposal performance with metrics. Occasional travel and completion of pre-employment screening are referenced as part of responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years of experience in A/E/C marketing
- Must be a team player
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent written and verbal communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Occasional travel may be required
