Job Summary
Execute leasing and marketing strategies for San Francisco properties, including developing collateral, managing tours, and coordinating broker events. Build and manage the annual marketing budget while overseeing lease transaction workflows in VTS, ensuring accurate data entry and deal approvals. Support asset management with reporting, compile weekly broker leasing reports, and process commission payments. Maintain property websites and organize shared marketing repositories. Assist senior leasing leadership with administrative coordination and executive-level presentation materials.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate leasing, marketing, transaction management, brokerage operations, asset management, or a related field
- Experience developing and executing leasing and marketing strategies that drive occupancy, tenant engagement, and portfolio performance
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing processes, transaction management, deal approvals, and broker relationships
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with VTS or similar leasing, CRM, and reporting platforms, with a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting integrity
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level reporting and materials
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and influence outcomes across Leasing, Asset Management, Marketing, and external brokerage partners
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with sound judgment, business acumen, and a passion for delivering results
