Job Summary
Marketing and Growth Associate responsible for acquiring and maintaining customers, processing payments and lease documents, inputting customer information into the store computer, updating account status, handling inbound calls, assisting showroom customers, routing opportunities to the Sales Manager, maintaining the transaction counter and showroom appearance, supporting merchandising and pricing per management direction, and coordinating regular mailing campaigns. The role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, strong sales abilities for showroom and telephone channels, and compliance with background checks, drug screening, agility testing, and DOT physical where applicable; bilingual ability is a plus; 18+ and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record are required.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills for daily customer contact
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong sales skills for showroom and telephone
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Pre-employment background check, drug test, agility test and DOT physical
- Bi-lingual is a PLUS
- Valid Driver’s License and comply with Driver Qualification Policy
- Satisfactory MVR (driving record) in states that require it
