Job Summary
Marketing and Growth Associate to drive customer acquisition and showroom engagement at Arona Home Essentials. Responsibilities include acquiring and maintaining customers, processing payments and order forms, entering leasing data, updating account information in the store system, directing customer opportunities to the Sales Manager, maintaining the appearance and organization of the customer transaction counter, assisting showroom customers, supporting marketing campaigns, and other tasks as assigned. Required skills include excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational abilities, strong sales skills for showroom and telephone interactions, professional appearance, and readiness to pass background, drug, agility, and DOT screenings. 18+ required; DOT physical/certification where states require it; valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR; bilingual ability is a PLUS.
