Job Summary
Develop creative campaigns to promote the organization's mission, attract talent, strengthen community partnerships, and increase event participation. Manage strategic marketing, communications, recruitment efforts, and special events to position New Horizons as a provider and employer of choice throughout Southeast Indiana. Collaborate across all departments to drive awareness and celebrate achievements of individuals served. Requires a valid driver's license, background report, and TB test.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen (18) Years of Age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- Drug Test required
- Background report and driving record required
- TB test required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Graphic Design, Journalism or related field preferred
- Experience with photography, videography, website management, and email marketing preferred
