Job Summary
Marketing & Events Analyst to support planning and delivery of events and marketing initiatives across multiple regions, including event management, budget and supplier management, marketing support, reporting and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include coordinating sponsorship, client-hosted and internal events; managing event logistics and communications; liaising with venues, suppliers and sponsors; supporting post-event reporting; identifying new event ideas; managing project timelines, trackers and documentation; tracking budgets and procurement; negotiating with suppliers; ensuring compliance with internal procedures; supporting marketing activities, content creation and marketing collateral; coordinating award submissions and deadlines; maintaining quarterly dashboards and analytics across events, content, digital channels and websites; strengthening stakeholder relationships; collaborating across regions and time zones; representing the company at events; onboarding and training interns or junior team members; contributing to process improvements and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in events, marketing, communications or a related field
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers and contracts
- Proficient Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, reporting and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented approach
