Marketing and Digital Content Coordinator Part-Time

Job Summary
Develop, edit, and publish digital content across blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website copy; coordinate content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials across multiple digital channels; monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools; collaborate with other creative professionals to produce engaging multimedia content; assist with photography and basic video content for marketing use; support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives; assist with hospital events and community outreach activities as needed; 20 hours per week part-time with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or content coordination
- Strong understanding of mainstream social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Experience creating engaging content and graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and maintain brand consistency in a fast-paced healthcare environment
