Job Summary
Marketing and Community Engagement Co-Ordinator responsible for raising awareness of Right at Home Oxford across Oxfordshire, visiting GP surgeries and community venues, running events and campaigns, managing social media content, coordinating leaflets and press activity, and supporting awards submissions as the business expands into the Cotswolds. Key duties include building relationships with healthcare and community partners, producing warm, on-brand social media posts, organising dementia-related events (e.g., Sunflower Café), coordinating newsletters and Google Ads liaison, and travelling around Oxfordshire to generate enquiries from families seeking home care. Must be a people person, highly organised, digitally capable (Facebook, Instagram, Canva, Mailchimp), excellent writer with a warm tone, and hold a full UK driving licence. Flexible between office and field work with mileage paid; DBS check and references required. Previous experience in marketing, events, community engagement, healthcare or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
