Job Summary
Develops clear, compliant marketing communications across B2C and B2B audiences, delivering multi-channel marketing activities, email campaigns and customer journeys, and shaping tone of voice to align with brand and regulatory expectations. Collaborates with legal/compliance to ensure regulatory standards are met, analyzes campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing, and produces marketing materials and visual assets. Familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and comfortable operating in a hybrid Manchester-based role with some travel.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a marketing or communications role
- Proven ability to deliver multi-channel marketing activity across email, digital, social media, PR, and web
- Experience using CRM marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or similar) to build, deliver and optimise campaigns and customer journeys
- Data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics and A/B testing to track performance
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with a focus on clear, customer-friendly communication
- Experience creating visual assets using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and/or Canva
- Comfortable working within compliance and legal frameworks with high attention to detail and fair customer outcomes
- Ability to plan, schedule, engage and analyse content across channels
