Job Summary
Manage and oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts for the Harold Alfond Center, including social media administration, campaign development, event coordination, and serving as a liaison to community colleges. Design, produce, and maintain brand consistency across recruitment materials, advertising, and collateral publications while managing social media analytics and web/CRM systems. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools for graphic design, photography, and video editing to support workforce development programming. This role requires on-site event participation, regular travel to Maine campuses, and cross-functional collaboration. Grant-funded through June 30, 2030.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Two years of work experience in communications, marketing/public relations, or related field
- Experience in higher education, workforce, or a nonprofit organization preferred
- Graphic design experience
- Photography and video creation and editing experience
- Proven results in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and analytics
- Web and CRM management experience
- Experience with database management, spreadsheets, and Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro)
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to work independently
- On-site time for events, team collaboration, and meetings
- Regular travel to Maine's community college campuses
