Waveguide LLC seeks a Marketing and Communications Manager with at least 5 years of experience in creative communications or marketing. This fully remote role requires expertise in proposal development, branding, communications, and asset management, and is pivotal in supporting business development efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and executive leaders
- Ability to manage time and project schedules
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creative communications, marketing, business development or related fields
- AEC industry experience
- Understanding of professional services marketing
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Copilot)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Superior skills in writing, storytelling, and copy-editing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
- WordPress, web, interactive design, and/or video editing experience
