Marketing and Client Engagement Manager

Job Summary
Lead development and execution of integrated marketing and client engagement initiatives to support business growth, client retention, and brand awareness. Oversee marketing strategy, CE programs, sales enablement, client onboarding support, and key client engagement initiatives. Serve as a strategic connector between marketing, client experience, and business development; manage CRM, website collaboration, events/tradeshow participation, and AGD accreditation compliance; drive lead generation, client onboarding resources, and client communications; coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales, leadership, and external partners; oversee tradeshow planning and execution and ensure brand consistency across digital and client-facing touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Experience with email marketing tools
- Experience managing events/tradeshow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, leadership, external vendors, and business partners
- Event, CE program, tradeshow management experience preferred
