Job Summary
Manage collateral requests, including responses to proposals and PowerPoint presentations, while coordinating customizations with Creative Services. Assist with event invitation development and distribution for tradeshows, seminars, and webinars. Develop proposals and customized presentations using the proposal generation system, managing inputs from attorneys, formatting, binding, and shipping. Identify and capture department-specific experience in the CRM system, maintain event calendars, and conduct target client research. Coordinate resources across firm departments and agencies to complete activities, providing timely reporting on execution and ROI. Maintain databases of firm expertise using web and database-driven technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- At least 3 years minimum experience with professional services and/or business-to-business marketing
- Excellent writing, communication and follow-up skills
- Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong communication skills required both orally and in writing
- Ability to work independently
- Must have flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines and support business needs
- Willing to be action and results-oriented
- Willing to gain in-depth working knowledge of legal through continuous learning

- Demonstrated ability to work in team environment, pulling together the resources of the Firm across service lines to support business development efforts (cross-selling, up-selling)
- Must be a good planner who is very detail-oriented and has the ability to organize and prioritize and meet deadlines with flexibility for shifting demands
