Develop and execute marketing campaigns to build the Paul Mitchell The School brand and attract prospective beauty professionals. Lead campaigns across digital and physical platforms, leveraging AI and digital marketing to drive enrollment. Collaborate with campus leadership and admissions teams, manage content calendars, update the website with blogs/features, support recruitment events and open houses, and coordinate with vendors/digital agencies to maximize impact. Monitor analytics, measure ROI, and communicate insights to leadership; champion brand consistency and engage prospective students throughout the funnel.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years marketing experience with both strategy and hands-on execution
