Marketing and Admissions Liaison

Marketing and Admissions Liaison role focused on driving census growth through strategic marketing, referral development, and admissions coordination for Solheim's Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Senior Living services. Responsibilities include managing referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and managed care organizations; coordinating admissions and transitions of care; conducting facility tours; monitoring referral trends; coordinating outreach, and supporting marketing initiatives to raise awareness of services. Requires independent judgment in evaluating referrals, maintaining referral pipelines, and implementing growth strategies; occasional evenings and weekends may be required. Prepared to engage with HIPAA, Medicare/Medi-Cal, and other regulations, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and referral sources.
