Job Summary
Marketing Analytics Senior Associate responsible for using data to drive growth strategies and maximize ROI across Faire’s growth channels. Partner with strategic finance and marketing managers to own marketing attribution, ETLs, experiments (A/B testing), and ROI/payback analyses; design and measure experiments to influence user behavior; build dashboards and measurement models; and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of analytical experience, SQL proficiency, and experience in marketing analytics and attribution across paid and non-paid channels. This role operates in a hybrid setup with three in-office days per week and up to four remote weeks annually in New York City or San Francisco.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or business operations at a high growth startup and/or marketplace business
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of A/B testing best practices and measurement
