Job Summary
The Marketing & Analytics Manager will support digital performance reporting and data strategy across Discovery Land Company. Responsibilities include building a centralized reporting structure with emphasis on email marketing performance, providing insights across web, SEO, and social channels, and driving content generation. Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing and have strong analytical and strategic skills to enhance brand storytelling and member engagement. Applicants must also demonstrate experience with Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Oracle Eloqua and CRM experience preferred)
- Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, etc.)
- Experience with reporting/dashboard tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience analyzing email marketing performance at scale
- Experience supporting multi-location or multi-brand organizations preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred

Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Long hours may be required due to business demands.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
