Job Summary
Marketing Analytics Manager responsible for leading a team of marketing analysts to transform data into dashboards and reports. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI); manage campaigns, digital marketing, and eCommerce analytics; interpret results for technical and non-technical audiences; oversee governance of marketing dashboards; drive performance measurement across major programs and platforms; mentor direct reports and stay current on digital technologies and analytics to enhance strategy. Occasional travel (0–5%). This is an on-site role at the New Bremen, OH location with work authorization limited to US workers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or Marketing Analytics, along with at least 5 years of related experience
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Occasional travel (0-5%)
