Job Summary
Lead end-to-end marketing analytics and optimization across the campaign lifecycle, including opportunity sizing, audience targeting, test design, and performance reporting. Partner with clients and stakeholders to manage work portfolios, define delivery approaches, and recommend strategy using advanced data visualization and cloud-based analytics tools. Profile, wrangle, and prepare data from diverse sources to support analytical work, writing transformation logic in Python and SQL. Solve complex problems by translating results into clear, actionable insights for senior business leaders.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in an applicable STEM discipline
- 5+ years of related Marketing Analytics experience
- Hands-on experience in delivering analytics and insights to multiple levels of management
- Experience working with Snowflake, AWS and advanced level database querying languages (SQL, HQL, SparkSQL) with modern cloud-based data architectures
- Technical understanding of data extraction, transformation, and load processing
- Proficiency in web analytics (Adobe Insight/Adobe Site Catalyst)
- Experience with dynamic and interactive reporting applications (i.e., Tableau, Databricks)
- Tangible experience with business strategy and tactical implementation
- Strong written and oral presentation / communication skills
- Ability to work and collaborate with and influence internal and external partners
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to think outside the box to implement creative solutions that solve business problems
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organization
