Job Summary
Marketing Analytics and Reporting Analyst responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable Power BI dashboards that visualize full-funnel marketing performance. Conducts SQL-driven data extraction and analysis from multiple sources, translates large datasets into intuitive business-ready reports, standardizes reporting frameworks, and reduces ad-hoc requests by delivering durable self-service dashboards. Analyzes marketing channel performance, lead generation, conversion metrics, and ROI; identifies trends and optimization opportunities; defines KPIs with stakeholders; ensures data integrity across systems; collaborates with marketing and CRM to improve data structure and tracking; contributes to data governance and reporting strategy; presents findings clearly for leadership and shapes data strategy within the marketing organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, marketing, statistics, information systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, aggregations, and data transformation
- Strong experience building dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling)
- Demonstrated ability to transform complex data into clear, functional, and visually compelling reports
- Strong understanding of business metrics and performance measurement frameworks
- Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve reporting efficiency, accelerate analysis, or enhance data workflows
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and responsibly integrate emerging AI tools to streamline data preparation, insight generation, or dashboard development
