Job Summary
Conduct market, customer, competitor, and technology research to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic insights. Support product strategy through market analysis, competitive intelligence, Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, and data-driven recommendations. Develop and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, CRS, business cases, and stage-gate materials. Monitor competitor products and prepare intelligence reports. Collect and synthesize customer and distributor feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate beta testing programs, test plans, and feedback analysis. Track product performance metrics and support forecasting, lifecycle management, and end-of-life planning. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Marketing to ensure accurate capture of product requirements and technical specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Technical Communications, Marketing, Business Analysis, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product development, technical documentation, product support, engineering administration, market research, or related role
Desired Qualifications
- Additional certification in Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, Technical Writing, or Market Research
- Experience working within manufacturing, industrial products, or engineered products environments
