Job Summary
Marketing Analyst role supporting report development, quality assurance, and analysis across Marketing, Promotions, Entertainment, Advertising, and Player Development. Drives business process improvement and automation initiatives, partners with multiple departments to ensure Marketing spending meets organizational goals, and conducts data-driven analysis including ROI evaluation. Responsible for conceiving/writing necessary report documentation, analyzing results to identify trends and artifacts, evaluating reporting formats for improvement, and building reporting solutions based on SQL queries. Works with Marketing to manage database integrity and completes daily, weekly, and monthly operational and marketing reports; performs analytical requests and special projects as assigned. Requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, SQL Server proficiency (queries, views, stored procedures, functions), ability to analyze large casino data sets, and effective cross-departmental communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field required or 4 years of direct relatable professional experience. Master’s Degree preferred.
