Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, finance, or related field
- Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong Word and Access skills
- Must possess strong Excel knowledge specializing in formulas, charts, and pivot tables
- Excellent judgment and decision making; ability to work independently
- Familiarity with statistical methodologies and their application
- Self-motivation
- Detail and result oriented
- Excellent math, statistical and technical financial analytical skills
- Knowledge of Financial/Accounting software, budgeting software, Excel spreadsheets, and Access
- Communication skills in English (read, write, speak and understand)
- Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to public, employees and customers
- Ability to interact well with customers and employees
- Ability to resolve problems/conflicts diplomatically
- Work nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Background investigation and drug screening
