Job Summary
Marketing Analyst to own the attribution system and become a key partner for the marketing team. You will manage the full analysis cycle for traffic sources and creatives, build the 'single source of truth' for marketing effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights that drive creative strategy and funnel scaling. This role influences budgets and global scaling decisions and sits at the intersection of data and creativity, solving complex data puzzles to determine which funnels scale and how the business earns. The position reports to marketing leadership and collaborates with C-level stakeholders, leveraging tools like Claude Desktop, Tableau, Notion, and internal data sources to turn marketing data into actionable growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing or data analyst role
- Deep understanding of mobile and web attribution with practical experience using MMPs (AppsFlyer, etc.)
- Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau or Amplitude) to visualize complex data and build granular dashboards
