Marketing Advisor

Job Summary
Marketing Advisor supports the delivery of marketing activities across PortmanDentex, ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of marketing requests, creating high-quality assets (posters, social assets, leaflets, email templates, in-practice materials, digital graphics), and assisting with patient communications. The role functions as a key operator within the marketing team to enable compliant, impactful marketing for practices, manages the marketing ticketing system, maintains brand consistency, schedules patient email campaigns, supports automated patient journeys, monitors basic email performance, and supports governance, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid working is expected (Cheltenham office Mondays and Wednesdays; home Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays).
Required Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field preferred
- Professional marketing training or certificates (CIM, digital marketing courses) desirable but not essential
