Job Summary
Coordinate diverse marketing efforts for Ace Doran and regional Bennett Business Units, managing social media accounts across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Create and schedule engaging content including posts, videos, and stories while capturing photos of trucks, drivers, and company events. Design flyers, advertisements, and recruiting materials, and assist with website updates and PowerPoint presentations for client meetings. Support event planning, trade shows, and driver appreciation week by handling setup, registration, and live coverage. Track campaign performance metrics, manage HubSpot CRM data entry, and craft press releases and news stories for public relations. Collaborate cross-functionally with design and web teams to execute marketing plans for Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indianapolis, and other northern markets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or event planning role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in digital marketing tools
- Canva/Creative Suite
- PowerPoint
- working with AI
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Strong project management abilities with an emphasis on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of staff, from C-Suite executives to operational teams, as well as blue-collar employees
- Available to work flexible hours before, during and after events
- Experience coordinating events, symposiums, and tradeshows
- Social Media posting, management and reporting experience
- Excellent project management, attention to detail and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Transportation and Logistics industry experience a plus
