The Marketing Advisor will interact with real estate agents to understand their business goals and provide tailored marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include developing and executing personal branding and marketing plans, creating and optimizing marketing materials, managing marketing timelines, overseeing website content, maximizing social media channels, and conducting training sessions. Candidates should possess experience with design software and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and has strong communication skills.
