Job Summary
Marketing Advertising Coordinator responsible for driving the creative development process and managing advertising of all company products/services across on-property and digital channels (online, social media, company app, print, broadcast, outdoor). Assist in writing original content for multiple platforms (web, social, CRAVE tablets, company app, racing announcements, radio remotes, etc.). Collaborate with Advertising/Digital Media Manager and Television Department to implement a comprehensive internal advertising plan (floor signage, media pods, PA announcements, monument signs, and Speed Media). Schedule social media posts and app notifications across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Ensure website content accuracy and daily monitoring. Shift: 830AM-4:30PM; Days Off: Saturday/Sunday; wage based on experience. Requires college degree in Marketing or relevant field; strong communication, customer-service skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with social media or company apps is a plus; ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; some travel and lifting up to 35 pounds.”,
Required Qualifications
- College degree in Marketing or relevant field (Experience may substitute for educational requirement)
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong grammar and editing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
