Job Summary
The Marketing Administrator provides essential support to the marketing department, managing day-to-day functions, phone coverage for support queues, and maintaining policy adherence while demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
Required Qualifications
- 220 or 20-44 license with a minimum of one year homeowner's insurance experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Data entry and working knowledge of computer functionality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in proprietary software (within first 90 days)
Additional Requirements
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Prior customer service experience, preferred but not required
