Job Summary
Marketing & Activations Intern (Curricular) based in Florence, Italy, with occasional travel to other Italian locations. You will write copy for social, video, and offline prints; collaborate with the Head of Communications, PR, and Social Media Manager on content strategy and brand language across products; assist with events and press activations; develop marketing materials; produce long-form copy (newsletters, brochures, press releases) and short-form copy (social campaigns); edit and proofreading before publication; stay current on editorial trends; part of a diverse creative team in a hybrid hospitality environment. Strong English and Italian writing/editing skills, ability to fact-check, and experience in an international setting are required.
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Copywriter or similar role
- Portfolio of published articles
- Ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
- Time-management skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Italian
- Experience working in an international environment
- Understanding of different language styles for various target markets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively
- Willingness to collaborate with a diverse team
