Job Summary
Marketing Account Manager responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing multi-account marketing initiatives. Own client communications (email, Slack, Zoom/Video), lead recurring client meetings, and ensure delivery progress. Build and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and HubSpot; craft copy and subject lines; manage audience segmentation and scheduling; monitor open and click-through rates with actionable insights. Update and manage website content in WordPress; support SEO efforts with keyword research using Ahrefs or Semrush; oversee SEO audits and visibility improvements. Produce clear, client-friendly performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations. Coordinate tasks across leadership, clients, and internal marketing teams to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. Proficiency in GA4, Google Analytics reporting, and data analysis; familiarity with Canva/Adobe Express and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for content production. Strong written and verbal English communication; highly organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple campaigns and accounts independently in a remote environment. Ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced agency settings, excels at relationship management, and can deliver consistent outcomes while maintaining attention to detail.
