Job Summary
Marketing Account Manager – Onboarding connects clients with the marketing team to ensure smooth project execution and strong engagement. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, gathering project details, managing communications, leading onboarding calls, using Salesforce and Basecamp to manage projects, providing regular updates, resolving client issues, and promoting CCM’s marketing services. Travel to CCM branches to train staff on marketing tools and drive adoption across the organization; conduct onsite marketing trainings; interact with stakeholders including C-suite, VPs, and branch leadership; sell marketing services and ensure positive outcomes through effective collaboration and onboarding journeys. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/related field (or equivalent) and 5+ years’ experience in marketing; proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office; strong communication, negotiation, and project-management skills; willingness to travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years’ experience and in leading marketing initiatives
- Experience as an Account Manager, preferably with an agency
- Experience in annual marketing planning for sales organizations
- Cross-Functional marketing background with knowledge base across core digital and OOH marketing channels
- Knowledge of integrated marketing strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to gain consensus
- Excellent project management and problem resolution skills
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
- Available to travel up to 25%
