Job Summary
Lead the strategic vision and operating model to modernize Abbott's marketing into a data-driven, AI-enabled function with scalable engagement across global and affiliate markets. Drive multi-year roadmaps for AI-driven engagement, define吴 workflows and enable modular CRM/CDP stacks, pilot AI initiatives (agentic AI, digital twins, automated content), and establish governance for compliant AI systems. Collaborate with Global Integrated Marketing, IT, Compliance, and executive leadership to reinvent marketing workflows, optimize measurement and attribution, and build capability frameworks for AI fluency and upskilling. Requirements include a Master’s/MBA, 12+ years in pharma or large matrix environments, and hands-on experience with MarTech platforms (Salesforce, Veeva, Adobe), GenAI, data architecture, GDPR/HIPAA, and agile delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s/MBA preferred, emphasis in life sciences, tech, or marketing
- ≥12 years large-matrix pharmaceutical/CXO environment (global + affiliate)
- ≥5 years leading digital/MarTech transformation
- Experience in emerging markets preferred
- Pharma experience a plus but not required
- Technical skills: MarTech & analytics platforms (Salesforce, Veeva, Adobe), GenAI, data architecture (Synapse, Delta Lake); AI-human workflows; AI proficiency, marketing automation, data privacy GDPR/HIPAA; Agile
