Job Summary
Create professional marketing materials, flyers, and graphics using Canva while scheduling and managing content for social media platforms. Respond to parent inquiries via phone, email, and text, guiding them through enrollment and maintaining accurate customer records. Organize digital files in Google Drive, process tuition payments, and coordinate supplies for classes and events. Communicate professionally with schools, vendors, and staff to support community outreach and lead generation initiatives. Work approximately 20 hours per week in a flexible weekday schedule, with remote availability after training. Join a team helping children build confidence and creativity over 20 years.
Required Qualifications
- Experience creating professional marketing materials using Canva
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Friendly and confident communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person
- Previous experience in administrative support, marketing, customer service, or a related role
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
