Job Summary
Recruit and support agents/advisors by helping them with product comparisons, quotes, and illustrations while introducing marketing programs. Coordinate with the marketing team to leverage full support for recruitment efforts and work with the service team to assist with licensing, new business, and support. Share product ideas and insights with agents to produce as an agent. Fluency in both English and Korean is required, along with a life insurance license or willingness to obtain one. This role offers a $2,999 monthly salary/draw with a negotiable commission bonus and full marketing support to drive recruiting efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales or related experience
- Good understanding of life insurance products, including Whole Life, Indexed Universal Life, and Indexed Annuities
- Life insurance license (or willingness to get one)
- Fluency in both Korean and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and business-savvy
- Open to feedback and eager to grow
