Job Summary
Facilitate and coordinate multiple project teams by identifying and removing barriers to successful completion, with a focus on resolving complex issues. Provide timely project status updates to Project Managers regarding unresolved problems and maintain the company database while tracking contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and project close-out manuals. Conduct daily assessments of job status to identify needs for timely project closure. This role requires strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, a construction background, and experience with Norad, Oracle, and Telecom environments. Full-time position with competitive compensation.
