Job Summary
Market Support Manager role focused on building strong client relationships and ensuring campaigns/projects are delivered on time, on spec, and on budget. Responsibilities include handling incoming client requests, coordinating internal processes (insertion/change orders), gathering information for successful campaigns, communicating strategy and timelines, managing client projects with project managers, attending client calls, advocating for product/service improvements based on client feedback, performing daily administrative tasks to coordinate team activities, conducting market research and applying marketing analytics, updating databases/spreadsheets, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with Sales, Support, and Fulfillment. Requires BS/MS in marketing or related field (or relevant experience), strong writing/communication skills, proficiency with email, Excel, and scheduling tools, and a collaborative work ethic. The role is remote with in-person attendance in Salt Lake City existence for team meetings; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, continuing education, PTO, and team activities.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Recent graduates welcome
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficient in email, MS Excel or equivalent, and calendar scheduling tools
